Xi'an Will Better Hotel

I stayed four nights in a row. On the first night, I noticed the water from the bathroom faucet was getting increasingly hot. After taking notice, I changed rooms the next day. Although the slow draining caused the bathroom to flood, the overall experience was positive. Being unfamiliar with the area, I asked the front desk staff for their warm service. Thank you so much! The hair dryer was very useful, but I forgot to note the brand and model. If your hotel sees my review, please let me know! Thank you!
