We spent one good night in this hotel that was clean with a comfortable bed. The only thing that could be improved is the sound isolation but nothing terrible, especially for the price. Very good customer service. I would come back.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They gave us a room with a completely broken shower floor, which they had covered with an old, dirty rug. When we saw it, we asked to be moved to another room, but they told us they had no other rooms available and that we had to stay there. We told them we wanted another solution because we hadn’t paid for that. They wanted to make us switch hotels twice in just five days, and we were supposed to sleep two nights in that broken room. The only “solution” they offered was to put another rug on top so it wouldn’t feel as broken while showering. That was their final answer, and they truly considered the problem solved. We asked to speak with the manager, and that experience was terrible. She didn’t offer any solution and laughed at the issue like we were exaggerating. We had to waste 3 hours of one of our vacation days just to get our money back and find another hotel the same day. They didn’t even try to help us or apologize. Awful experience.

We booked this hotel for 2 days,on the way there we got a message from the hotel that we have been upgraded. Arriving there is seemed that the upgrade turned in to be a downgrade. The very arrogant and mostly unpolied receptionist tried to put us in an other hotel not on the sea side and with no balcony with sea view (witch we booked and paid for )when we refused she even got more arrogant and said we should cancel the booking and look for something else at 21 hour in the evening.... After a hole discussion she finally called the manager and he decided to give us a room in the hotel that was claimed to be full... Never ever have I seen such an arrogant an unprofessional receptionist. Breakfast was poor and the parking space very limited in a crowded street. To top it off there was in 1 morning no water supply at all and again no explanation or communication from the reception. Overall good location close to old city.thats the only positive thing.
