We just got back from our vacation and we are still impressed! The hotel was really great. The cleanliness, comfort and quality of service were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, we felt very special. The food was delicious, especially the variety of breakfast made us very happy. The pool and beach area were very clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation. We hope to come back soon!

A wonderful hotel with stunning views. Staff have obviously been expertly trained and are always happy to help. Rooms are immaculate on arrival and will stay that way during your visit. Cleaned to the highest of standards. Choice of both drinks and food is second to none. The A la Carte restaurants are an absolute treat to go to - just fantastic. Special mention must go to the Guest Relations team,especially their team leader Buse, who go above and beyond when required. A special hotel

Service: 5/5 - The most amazing service ever! Burcu the representative was the kindest and helped up so much throughout the trip. All of the staff were very polite and super helpful. Rooms: 4/5 The rooms were lovely and huge however the pool in the suite club room was a lot smaller then we expected and very cold. Food: 5/5 Buffet and A la carte were amazing quality. Erdi at the Duchess paid us so much attention and his service was to perfection! He made the stay super memorable!! Bars were lovely too. Amenities: Loved all of the activities available and the evening entertainment was fun and varied! Beach was perfect and we were obsessed with the cabanas.
