XO Hotels Blue Tower

For the money, this was a great hotel. The rooms were very nicely maintained, clean and tidy, and nicely decorated. The location is a bit outside of the city but transportation is a short walk away and it takes about 10 minutes to get in to town. What I really appreciated about the hotel was the staff. Everyone was so kind and always helpful, they were great!

Room was clean and spacious. Location not great about a 20min bus ride into central station. Staff not overly helpful and questioned everything i asked. Breakfast was ok a good variety to choose from

Hello I have contacted reception multiple times to get my AC fixed. I booked just one night. My son and I got no sleep last night because we were traveling. I was looking forward to get some rest today before heading out tomorrow on another trip. We have been sweating all afternoon. I was told that they were going to reset the AC. Nothing changed. I called back and they said there is an issue, but no one had the courtesy to call me back to let me know. The lady at the front desk said the maintenance person will come tomorrow. I need a solution today. We need to be able to sleep tonight. She says there’s nothing they can do. We are extremely distressed and all she says is that is not her fault. There’s nothing that can me done. I asked for another room, she says there isn’t one available. Are there any other hotels you partner with XO that could accommodate us? Please attend my claim request soon. It’s unbearable. We need to be moved to a different room, even if it’s in a different hotel. Please take us to another partner hotel soon.
