🇵🇰 A very Beautiful and clean hotel 🏨. Specially lady who do their job at the counter very helpful and kind. Room is very clean 👌 toilets 🚻 and shower 🚿 are 💯. Beautiful view of valencia and main road A-3 is going near the hotel 🏨. Swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool ai available its not very big. I spent night here very quietly 🛌. ❣️❣️❣️

I recently stayed at this hotel for a two-night work trip. The location is convenient in terms of proximity to the airport, just a short 10-minute taxi ride away. However, the surrounding area is heavily industrial and not visually appealing. The only nearby attraction is a shopping mall, about a 10-minute walk away, which has some dining options, but beyond that, there isn’t much to do. I didn’t have dinner in the restaurant, but I did have the buffet breakfast, which was quite disappointing. There was only one vegan option and no hot vegetarian choices at all. The saving grace of breakfast was the staff, who were incredibly welcoming and provided a warm greeting every morning. The rooms were clean but felt a very dated and the sound proofing was terrible, didn’t sleep well at all due to the noise. Furthermore, I was especially disappointed by the lack of basic amenities such as tea and coffee-making facilities or an iron. The bed was comfortable, but the air conditioning was ineffective. The hotel also has a small swimming pool, which we couldn’t use due to the Valencia floods, and a gym, though I wasn’t aware of all the facilities available. Overall, while the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, the lack of amenities and uninspiring location made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Not recommended at all. The service is of low quality. The hotel is like a 2 star hotel,but you pay for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast had poor variety and quality. The vending machine doesn't work. Unfriendly staff at the reception. When you claim about the vending machine and the service the reception only says that "I don't know" and the manager is not there.
