Xoxula by Inmense

Bit late in putting the review. We stayed for a night in first week of May 2016. Weather was getting warmer but still cool by evening and night. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. Ample space inside the room with split levels. Rooms get a bit warm in summers. I wish there was fan or Aircon. When we stayed we only had breakfast, which is the standard Mexican breakfast of eggs, beans, bread and coffee (Huevos, Frijoles, Pan y Cafe !). Hotel is close to the pyramid tunnel entry, close to city centre (zocalo). I would recommend eating dinner across the road at Jazzatlan.

Cute, homely, aaaand grasshoppers! Clean and bright with lots of light. What else can we say? From the friendly local couple to the surrounding restaurants we really got a feel for what it means to be “como familia” amongst the locals. A great intro to Puebla! We would make a return trip just to see the friendly little doggie again.

In the heart of Cholula. Rooms very big and only 4 or 5, which lead to a lovely passage type garden, where you can have breakfast. Staff friendly. I would have given it a 4.5. Unfortunately there is no parking, although there are a few at extra cost. Around 200 pesos per day. There are a lot of things to do at walking distance. We had a great deep sleep. Bed was amazing. Great for couples or small families. Recommended.
