Xperia Saray Beach Hotel All Inclusive

I have spent 14 days in Xperia Saray Beach hotel. Room was super clean, nice sea view from balcony. All of the stuff were polite and at our service. Special mention to guys responsible for daily activities and evening events, Gena and Omer. I had an amazing time in Alanya, definitely will come back.

A deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience at Xperia Hotel in Alanya I want to warn other travelers against choosing this hotel. My brother and I were unfairly and unprofessionally evicted after only about 12 hours at the hotel. The reason? My brother politely greeted a manager of the hotel, who responded by saying, “Remove your hand, you have dirty fingers” — in a disrespectful and offensive manner. This is not what you would expect as a paying guest. Shortly after, we were evicted from the hotel without any valid reason, and the hotel even called the police to have us removed. We had already agreed with the hotel’s manager that we would get a refund, but when we tried to contact our travel agency to sort it out, the hotel denied us access and again called the police to keep us out. We weren’t even allowed to collect our belongings in peace. We are now left without the stay we paid for and without the service and respect that all guests deserve. I can only strongly advise others to avoid booking at this hotel as long as the management treats guests this way.

We have been staying at the hotel for two days, and there is no hot water, and the food is cold. For the New Year’s Eve dinner, they requested an additional payment of 60€ , which is completely unjustified given the overall price. Overall, the price does not match the conditions of the hotel. I would advise against visiting this place. The lighting in the room is only provided by night lamps and ceiling lights that cannot be turned off. To sleep peacefully, we had to remove the card from the power slot, which turns off all the electricity in the room. This also disables the air conditioning, leaving the room cold, and we are unable to charge our phones. However, we had no other option because we couldn’t sleep with the ceiling lights on. We have stayed in other 4-star hotels, and this one does not compare. I would rate it as a 2-star hotel at best. On the positive side, the common areas are clean, and on the first day, our room was cleaned, and the towels were replaced. On the first day, we reported to reception that the water was cold, and they said the issue affected the entire hotel but was resolved. However, on the second day, when we mentioned it again, the receptionist said it was reported too late and could not be checked at the moment, suggesting we report it only in the morning.
