We stayed at this hotel as a family and had a fantastic experience! From the very beginning, the staff stood out with their kindness and professionalism — always polite, smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious and varied, with options for both adults and kids. Every meal offered something new, and we especially appreciated the fresh fruits and desserts. One of the biggest highlights for us was the kids club. Our children absolutely loved it — the activities were fun, creative, and well-supervised. It gave us parents a chance to relax while knowing the kids were in good hands. The animation team kept the energy high throughout the day, and the chief of animation deserves special praise — they clearly love their work and manage to get everyone involved in a positive way. Both the daytime and evening shows were well-organized, engaging, and fun for the whole family. Although the beach isn't right next to the hotel, it wasn’t a problem at all — there are shuttle buses running daily, and the ride is quick and comfortable. In summary, it was a perfect family vacation spot. Great service, fun for the kids, entertainment for the adults, and a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Highly recommended!

Had a beautiful stay. The resort and the treatment of the staff completely exceeded my expectations. It was a memorable week that we spent there and found myself and the family entertained at all times.

The hotel is nice, I wouldn't say it's a 5 star though. The food massively lets it down unfortunately. The nightlife isn't great either. However the pool staff and the restaurant staff are great. We did a night out with Jana to Hard Rock cafe which was fab! The Villians are great fun & are always energetic & super friendly too.
