XQ Pattaya Hotel

I had a wonderful stay! All the staff at the hotel were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We also made a special request to help set up a surprise birthday celebration for my mom — and they did such a lovely job! Everything turned out beautifully, and my mom was so touched and impressed. I recently stayed at XQ Pattaya for 18 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request. Although the beds were initially not as comfortable, the staff promptly added extra layers to make them cozier. The cleaning team was always warm and welcoming, and the reception staff and security were equally pleasant. The hotel was clean, tidy, and had great workspaces. The pool was always clean and had a good vibe. The only area for improvement would be the gym, which had limited equipment. Overall, it was a great stay!

The hotel is nice, and the rooms are spacious, tidy, and clean. However, unfortunately, cockroaches appear in the bathrooms in large numbers and sometimes come out into the rooms. When we informed the staff about the issue, they only sprayed insecticide and did nothing else. This was a very negative point, and I had hoped for more attention to the matter from the staff and management.
