We were greeted by a lovely kind attentive lady upon arrival, check in was easy. Surprised with previous reviews , room 4 was perfect despite having the view of the courtyard i didn't have a problem with that as the room was clean and AC was working! I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars as when we first requested cleaning the towels weren't changed but during our second clean they were so I'm sure that's an easy fix for the future ! Highly recommend this accommodation :) location is great and metro is nearby, everything you need for your stay in Rome
the balance price quality service and features ... under see level this is a flat in an old building, good maintenance , an old elevator the host is at the place depending on your agreement she is a very nice person , trying to help. over 200 euro nightly for a room with no daily light smell like garbage because of bad canalization Because of the inside yard no fresh air No privacy _ thin walls The safety box not functional The toilet seat no stability How are you doing to wash yourself : no place for soap etc you need to have in hand also the shower the second day I received towels with hair and broken regarding the distance : 25-30 minute to walk for sightseeing that are described in the neighbourhood no bill for the city tax
This is not a hotel. You enter into a seedy and filthy building . They have carved some rooms out of an apartment on the 4th floor which took us a long time to find. No reception or signage. My husband went out for a run early one morning and got stuck in the ancient and poorly maintained elevator. There was nobody on-site to assist. I reached out to the manager via text who was more than rude. Finally, a neighbor came out of her apartment and told him to stick his hand in between the elevator door and wall to try to open it. That worked, but honestly not safe and pretty scary. We won’t be returning and don’t recommend staying there.
