Booking through Hyatt made everything seamless, and The Yacht Club at the Boca Raton absolutely exceeded expectations. The property is stunning—elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The butler service was a fantastic touch, adding an extra layer of luxury to an already exceptional stay. With endless amenities on-site, it truly felt like a private paradise. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at—and probably my favorite in the U.S.

From the moment we booked our stay, the experience at the Boca Yacht Club was nothing short of exceptional. The pre-arrival team reached out early to ensure every detail of our birthday weekend was thoughtfully planned, and the on-site staff delivered beyond expectations. A special shoutout goes to our incredible butler, who went above and beyond to make the celebration unforgettable. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons, flowers, and personalized touches that made the birthday feel truly special. On the day of our pool celebration, the cabana staff was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of our need; ensuring drinks, snacks, and comfort were always within reach. The food throughout our stay was nothing short of executive-level cuisine, and the drinks were both creative and memorable. The property itself is a gem, flawlessly maintained and radiating a classic charm that feels timeless. It’s rare to find a place that balances old-school elegance with modern luxury so effortlessly. Sad to report that after having arranged two nights at the hotel to celebrate two birthdays, I confirmed with the hotel our plans of inviting guests and was told it would not be an issue, that it is first come first served and to just provide a guest list. This was told to me by Landon. Invitations went out and a week later I am contacted by Amy who tells me that I have to reserve a space for $2500 for two hours, and another $1000 for an additional hour. All this after I took the time to inquire about their policy, sent reservations, and then had to cancel everything. Had I made a mistake, I can understand, but I did all the right things in advance of inviting guests only to be later told something else. As a repeat customer and Hyatt Globalist, they should've honored their initial response but chose otherwise. Therefore, they earned this negative review and I would recommend that you not plan anything at this hotel as they are dishonorable, untrustworthy, greedy and sly in their treatment of customers.
