I stayed here for 1 week amazing hotel the food is delicious the service is amazing the staff is so hard working kind and friendly the atmosphere is so warm village like I love this place would definitely recommend!!
Right on the highway. Room is pretty noisy and the pool is closed at wintertime so is the spa. No information about this in otelz.com so I feel very disappointed about the pool and spa. On complaining about the noisy room I was upgraded to a quiet and huge svit so the service here is excellent! Also taking luggage and they are very friendly and rooms are clean. The lower score is solely for the closed pool and spa which I think hotel should update on hotel sites.
According to the standards of other hotels in Turkey, this one is below average. Very bad value for money. The price is high, the rooms are ok but falling apart (broken window, dirty bed sheets, shower without hot water). And the food from the restaurant is to be avoided at all prices. The buffet is dirty, full of flies, and you have to clean the table by yourself as the waiters do not clean after guests. Business is only running on groups, so individual guests are not welcome.
