Beautiful ryokan with an extraordinary staff. Only stayed one memorable night. Wish we could have stayed for a week.
Staff Hayaki San was superb! He speaks fluent mandarin & eigo which helped a lot. So attentive & explained everything in detail. The surroundings of the ryokan was magical & beautiful. We will never forget our time here at Yamado Nishiwaga!
Fabulous! A unique treat. Would write more but we are off to an outside hot spring bath surrounded by snow!
