The room was beautifully designed with a simple, calming style that I really loved. One of the best parts was having natural hot spring water right in our private room — it was such a relaxing and peaceful experience. Perfect for unwinding after a long day. Highly recommended🥰
Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special shoutout to the young gentleman at the front lobby pick-up area, wearing spectacles. He went above and beyond to assist us, guiding our car into the parking area and even sheltering us with an umbrella when we were leaving. His enthusiasm and energy truly stood out! Overall, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and convenience. We will definitely return!
We have a great stay in Yamagata Kuta on 5 Jun 25. Staff n room are great. But something left me a great impression was carpark attendant staff, Mr Wu. He is very enthusiastic in his job and readiness to help the guests. Though his gestures are small but worth a compliment. Keep it up!
