Yantai Marriott Hotel

Great hotel with great service. Breakfasts from American to Chinese. Hotel swimming pool room shows a great view of the ocean to make feel like you’re next to the ocean.

It was recently and newly built on Yantai’s golden beach. Cozy and clean room really satisfied me. Swimming pool and gym was so great. Especially the gym’s machines are all from Life Fitness!👍 And housekeepers and all staffs were really kind. But what was a little bit disappointing was there was not a towel basket in the bathroom and any sign to inform housekeepers that the room is occupied and needs its makeup later. (The only sign was ‘Do not disturb’. )

Been staying in Yantai for business in the past year and Marriott Yantai been the worse between all Room service is always wrong and slow, they never accommodate your late night food requests and on top of that it will take you 10 minutes to explain to anyone what exactly you want If this is a Marriott then why isnt English int NOT a requirement for employees? You would think since this area is always full of foreigners, some one might know how to communicate
