Worst hospitality and service in the history of hotel management and hospitality. Wouldn't recommend even the world have only one 5 star hotel, at this point rather stay at a 3 or 4 star hotel in the rural area of thailand. Officially the worst 5 star hotel chain on this planet, known and unknown. Even on an official business trip its still is terrible.
