We are a family of 5 and staying at this wonderful hotel. We booked the biggest room with ocean view for 10 days and we still have another week to go. So far we love this Hotel. All the staff are very nice and attentive. All our requests were handled immediately. Also, cleaning service, especially the cleaning staff „Diem“ and her team was very nice and friendly. Our room was spotless after the cleaning. The breakfast on the 2nd floor is very tasty. It is very difficult not to gain weight in this hotel.
Loved the view – we had both a balcony and side windows. It was perfect. Got upgraded to a two-bedroom unit – spacious and great for a family. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to the doorman – always smiling and eager to help. Breakfast was okay – nothing exceptional, but decent. Pillows were too soft for my liking. If you prefer firmer or thicker pillows, you may need to request extras. Beach is right in front – very convenient and clean. Plenty of food options nearby – no worries about meals. Spa is also close by recommended: Hanna Spa – we took a package and it was good.
First and foremost ....Pl don't go by the pictures the hotel have posted on their website ...They are really deceptive the way they are clicked . Rooms are very small . Hotel charged us for three adults family room and adjusted third bed in the room meant for 2 people leaving no space to even move in the room. The service and the staff is really pathetic ..My shampoo and conditioner bottle was missing from the room during cleaning and upon informing the same , the manager at the front desk started shouting on the us. I understand shampoo and conditioner are not that big things but the concern is the attitude of the staff which is really questionable . The manager at reception is super rude to the guest and even in the breakfast area , the staff was busy chatting on her room and the guest kept waiting for the food. Only good thing is location , probably that's why the management is not concerned about service quality . Reply to feedback acknowledgment by the hotel That's exactly my point is Madam ... Your cleaning staff is not reporting the entire stuff they are picking up from the rooms and instead of inquiring about it, you only shouted on me at the reception area making me feel so embarrassed . What confusion you have regarding your staff at the breakfast area busy chatting on phone and not attending to the guest waiting for tables to get clean and food. I am writing about the two incidents where the lady at reception and the lady on duty in breakfast area behaved insensitively with the guest.
