Yas Island Rotana

We had a wonderful experience at Rotana Yas Island. The hotel is very clean, family-friendly, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were super friendly, especially the reception team who kindly gave us an upgrade, which made our stay even better! The kids’ area staff were amazing – so kind and engaging with the children. My kids had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave! What I also loved is that even when the kids were playing in the lobby, I felt totally safe because the staff at the entrance were keeping an eye on them the whole time. And let’s not forget the food – it was absolutely delicious! Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. It’s a perfect place for families looking to relax and enjoy their time in Yas Island. Highly recommend it and would definitely come back again! 💙🌴

We recently had a wonderful family vacation at the Yas island in Abu-Dhabi . Our room was well-equipped and comfortable. The staff at the hotel truly exceeded expectations. The rooms and staff are amazing. We have received by Mr:Ashraf (Reception manger) and his stuff . They hosted us nicely and friendly. They were very hosting and welcoming and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The pool, SPA services were also quite clean and satisfactory. The restaurant and various food and thanks to Bemnet who take care all the details for our requests. The hotel location is very closed to Yas mall , Yas bay , Warner bros , water world ,Sea world and ferrari world for kids and sheikh zayed grand mosque. Overall, our stay at the hotel was exceptional. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience

The stay was very nice, staff was cooperative and guided us well. However, hotel needs to improve on a few aspects- 1. Towels at the pool were very very old 2. There was rust in the shower rooms at sauna and steam area. Food was great. Special thanks to Shezad for guiding us well.
