Overall, the experience at the hotel was quite good. The staff was polite and helpful, and the food quality was impressive. The washroom was spacious and clean, which was a plus point. The only downside was the size of the premium room – it was surprisingly small. Apart from that, everything else was great.

We stayed here recently and honestly, it was disappointing for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars. When we checked in, we were given an extremely tiny room for three adults it was almost laughable. We were told that it’s what our travel agency had booked, but when we contacted the agency, they clarified that the actual room wasn’t ready yet. Instead of explaining that, the front desk chose to mislead us. Customer service at the reception was poor, while I was trying to get some clarity, the staff casually started new conversations among themselves, completely ignoring me. After nearly an hour of waiting, they finally changed our room and added a third bed. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The sheets clearly hadn’t been changed in a while, the toilet faucet was filthy, and the shower area was so dark it felt like walking into a cave. On the second day, we asked for water and were asked what happened to the two bottles provided on Day 1 for three guests! The only things that somewhat redeemed the stay were the bell boy, who was prompt and helpful, and the breakfast spread, which had a good variety and healthy options. Also, the view of Darjeeling from the property is lovely. Overall, though, I’d recommend skipping this place if cleanliness and service matter to you. For the price and star rating, it simply doesn’t deliver. Rating: 2.5 stars (rounded to 3 only because of the breakfast and bell boy).

This hotel is a joke, more so as it comes from a chain that runs hotel management institute. To start with the food (as it's very few), the booking agent was beyond great. Took note of our requirements in details and tried to get the best for our needs. Also, most waitresses in the restaurant were extremely polite, professional and helpful to our needs. Now for the setbacks. For the price paid for the triple occupancy room, there was much to be desired. Basic amenities were missing, guy at reception had zero idea of what he was doing, bathroom sink was cracked, faucet leaking, wooden floorings had cracks and gaps, Wi-Fi barely working and the list goes on. Providing with some basic toiletries just a night before check out was a joke. Traditional welcoming shawls were kept just for show, or probably just in case of any foreigners decide to show up. Breakfast buffet had a decent spread but food at cheaper hotels tastes a lot better. Overall, a horrendous experience to say the least. Never returning to any of their properties ever again and never recommending them either.
