I had a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning sea views and the whole atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxing but also many things to do. The grounds are super well-kept, and there’s plenty of space to enjoy the sun, swim, or do other activities organised by the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches that made everything feel welcoming. The food was varied and super good! Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and I would happily return!

We stayed at this hotel with our family in mid-July. Even though a month later the memories of our holiday are nice, I would like to point out that the hotel itself is very average. We have traveled quite a lot, staying at hotels of different levels and this one is really nothing special. The food and accommodation were rather mediocre. The hotel is very large, so be prepared to walk a lot. The meals may look abundant at first sight, but the taste was disappointing – and I’m really not a demanding guest when it comes to food. In mid-July the water was surprisingly very cold, though after some time we managed to get used to it. On the positive side, the evening shows were truly impressive, definitely at a 5-star level. External groups came in to perform and the quality was excellent. The hotel staff themselves were very kind and friendly, but often seemed lost and disorganized, which points to a lack of proper management rather than individual effort. Overall, while this review may sound a bit critical, none of these points spoiled our holiday. We had a good time, but the hotel itself did not particularly impress us.

Overall, the hotel is good, but let’s be honest — it’s not five star. We loved the room and the sea view, and we really appreciated how clean everything was kept daily. The food was basically the same every day, with just one small thing added — then they call it ‘varied’. Seriously? As for entertainment… complete rubbish. Zero stars. Don’t even get me started. We paid for all-inclusive, but honestly, we ended up going out for proper meals and finding our own fun. If you want a real all inclusive experience, I’d say look somewhere else.
