From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles and a warm greeting. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities – from a comfortable bed to fresh towels and fragrant bed linen. The hotel’s location is excellent – peaceful for relaxation, yet close enough to all major attractions and restaurants. The food was varied and delicious, with fresh local products and options for every taste. The staff are truly kind and always ready to help, which makes the whole atmosphere even more pleasant. We truly felt at home, but with all the advantages of hotel comfort. We would gladly return and definitely recommend it to everyone!

We were a bigger group, and we all booked rooms at the same price. Some of us didn't even have a proper bathroom. We did not have a shower, only a shower head, aka you could brush your teeth, shower and poop all at the same time. Food was okay but not great,but do keep in mind that many from our group got food poisoning. ( We did not eat in another place ). On our last day, someone actually stole a whole bag of makeup and more from one of the rooms. Will definitely not be coming back.

I have been here with a large group, more than 30 people. Most of us got food poisoning from their restaurant, they only speak Bulgarian and some Serbian. Some of us got robbed too by the “cleaning” staff. Door locked, no one in the room. Went to the reception to ask for our stuff back, apparently things can disappear in thin air. I would not recommend this hotel, it’s was both disgusting and pathetic.
