had a lovely time at this hotel! was assigned room 101 and was really worried it would be noisy (since it would be on a lower floor and right across the communal guest supply closet). nope, it was actually one level higher than the ground floor, so you won't hear all the foot traffic of people leaving and entering. and also, the room is tucked away in the corner, so it's not sharing any walls with the other rooms. you don't really hear the outside noises either, since there's only a quiet bus stop that doesn't seem to get a lot of visitors. overall, highly recommend this place. the rooms were spacious and had a nice layout with the toilet room being separate from the shower room. there was also a kitchen area well-equipped with plenty of free snacks and coffee. there was also a convenient supply closet for guests to get as many necessities as needed. and lastly, i loved the free late-checkout option! we were so relaxed with getting to checkout at 1pm. all in all a great stay! just be sure to call customer service for any customer needs, as the chat functionalities seem to be quite limited.

We had a uncomplicated and wonderful time here. Fantastic location in the middle of the city, close to everything. Very easy check-in and quick responding service. There was a little misunderstanding, but they solved it immediately. We can absolutely recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Antwerpen! 10 out of 10

Straightforward and love the nice touch that they provide juices water and basic food amenities in the fridge. I felt like I needed cheese and lo and behold there was cheese available in the fridge. Cannot have a better feeling than that.
