Yelken Mandalinci Spa & Wellness Hotel All Inclusive

My wife and daughter just spent a magical holiday in your hotel. They got a nice, clean and quiet room, and were able to relax they needed. They told me, that the hotel staff was just outstanding, helpful and kind. Thank y’all for your support, outstanding performance. We sure will go back, like going home -another time.

The hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the hotel service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and happy to help and give advice. I rate the whole trip 5 stars. I would gladly come back here again. Efe is very nice and friendly, he told us a lot about the local culture and places worth visiting. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

Not a four-star hotel in my opinion. Traveled as a couple for a week at the end of June. First time in Turgutreis, fourteenth time in Turkey. Food The food is good. Varied and tasty. Turkey, chicken, cow and lamb. Fish was also served a few times but I don't like it so I have no opinion on that. Fresh vegetables and good side dishes. They also serve hamburgers and fries in the middle of the day. In terms of drinks, there were 5-6 drinks to choose from besides the usual ones like Tuborg beer, Coke, Sprite, etc. The juice was substandard, it almost always ran out of pineapple early in the morning. Apple and orange drink were always available, though. In one week we ate lunch at the hotel 4 times and dinner 3 times, the rest out. Pool/beach The pool was large and deep with a large separate children's section. The pool was in very poor condition with loose tiles at the bottom. I picked some up and put them on land and the next day the staff had put them back on the bottom, still loose. There are too few sun loungers in relation to the number of guests. You need to get up early to reserve sun loungers to get one. Both at the pool and at the beach. The cleaning at the pool was poor, leftover food from yesterday could be there until the evening the next day. Better at the beach. Both the pool and the beach lack side tables for the sun loungers so you need to carry your things in a bag or put them on the slope/sand. The beach is a soft sandy beach with some very small rocky areas about 2 meters out. You don't need to wear swimming shoes. The rooms Neither good nor bad - Completely OK. They are poorly insulated. The fridges only work when you are in the room, which means that the drinks you keep there are only cold in the morning. We booked a standard room but got an economy room in the basement. 02:30 in the morning after a 12 hour transfer we couldn't stand to argue. This room was full of, humidity, mold, insects and bad smell. The AC didn't work either so they had set a floor fan instead. After 5 hours of sleep in this room everything in our suitcases was damp. I had 26 insect bites on my body after that. The next day we got a new room, at the top. There was no humidity there. Unfortunately the room faced south towards the bar street, which played music so loudly that it was impossible to sleep. This went on until 02:30 every night. The balcony to this room was about 1x1.5m with our AC and the neighbor's AC so it was always 45-50 degrees there, even at night. Cleaning/cleanliness The rooms were cleaned very poorly. The beds were made and the towels were "swept up". That was all. Sometimes they emptied the trash can. They didn't empty the ashtray once. No new towels or bed linen either. Every time we went out on our super small balcony we had to wash our feet in the shower as our feet were completely black with dirt. Location Mandalinci has a great location right on the beach and has all kinds of shops you could possibly need nearby. Local kiosks and shops, two supermarkets, bazaars, the market on Saturday about 50 meters away, restaurants and fast food places in all price ranges, the promenade 5 meters outside the hotel, the beach 5 meters outside the hotel.
