Slay! The most comfortable night of sleep we had during our 2 week visit of Vietnam, wished every hotel experience was as good as this one. So glad we picked it! Buffet breakfast was also fantastic
Possibly the best nice hotel in Ha Giang. We stayed here and at the Four Points, this is the better of the two for us. The rooms are very smart, the corridors to get to the rooms not so much but you don't stay there so it doesn't really matter. We have a large twin room that looks out over the river. Actually extended our stay due to illness and there wasn't really any problem. I would stay here again.
ANTS IN THE FOOD! We stayed here a few days and there were so many dead bugs in our rooms. My girlfriend woke up with bites on her leg, so we suspect that there might be bedbugs too. We told the staff about it but they didn't do anything except saying "sorry sorry sorry" and put an aroma machine in our room. One morning at the breakfast, there were ants in our cereal/bread and I think I might had eaten one or two before I noticed. The staff just said sorry sorry sorry again when I told them. Anyways, I WILL NOT come back here and I recommend that you find another hotel in this city. This hotel is not even close to the LUXURY hotel it claims to be. The only good thing was the location.
