The hotel was very well located, right in the heart of the city—close to major attractions and well connected by both taxi and public transport. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes. There was something for everyone, and even our young kids (aged 1 and 5) thoroughly enjoyed it. Room service, bellboy service, and the front desk team during check-in were all excellent. The bakery items, both at breakfast and at the reception counter, were fresh and delicious. The only downside was the complimentary welcome drinks. We tried three different drinks on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, none of them lived up to expectations in terms of taste. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Sofitel Saigon. The room was spacious and spotless, and I really enjoyed the gym and spa facilities. A special shoutout to James at the gym — he went above and beyond, even helping me with a training session during his lunch break. The Boudoir Lounge was also a highlight with great vibe and a beautiful view to relax with a drink. Truly appreciated the hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

I stayed at this hotel and everything was very nice. The scent in hotel was very good and made me feel comfortable. Room was clean and bed was soft, I could sleep well. All staff were very kind and always smiling. Especially Helen and James helped me a lot when I used gym and locker room after checking out . I really appreciate. Food was also delicious and came very fast. Bellman team was helpful and friendly too. Thank you for good service. I will come again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City. 감사합니다 :)
