Great hotel...clean and it is right next to the ocean. Hotel is walking distance to Yeosu train station. Less than 10 minutes to Yi Sun-sin square and main downtown. I would stay here again. Would have given them 5 stars if they didn't messed with our reservations. Booked for King size bed with ocean view but they first placed us partial view of the ocean and saying that it is ocean view. Had to complained and they placed us into ocean view but in a family room without king size bed...telling us that it is an upgrade from our original reservation. What a bs...we were tired and didn't want to argue any more so we took the room. Good room, just hate it when they try to play tricks on customers. Hope the manager reads this and make adjustments. It is great hotel, don't mess with greedy tricks on customers. It gives bad reputation.
Stayed one night following a holiday weekend so no crowds gave this more of an exclusive feel. The crowds seen in the area for the holiday pushed me elsewhere as I don't regard shoving in lines taking inventory of others hygiene as a vacation. Convenient to the KTX and expo attractions. Definitely geared towards families.
Great views, clean rooms, excellent location. I stayed in two different rooms. I have to say the rooms with the balcony are a little better than the panorama room. The panorama view is basically the same as the balcony view. But with the balcony you have.... a balcony! The panorama room just has two very large windows. When the weather is good it's best to enjoy the ocean air but you can only open the windows a little bit. And it's nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy a drink. If you like a larger room though the panorama room is better. The rooms are nice and clean but don't have a lot of amenities. There's a fridge but no mini bar. Only a couple small instant coffees and tea. It doesn't matter much I guess as you won't want to spend all your time in the room. There's a pool on the roof and on the first floor there are places to eat and drink while enjoying the marina view. And the location is very convenient to many attractions in the city.
