I had an exceptional stay here and cannot recommend this place highly enough. The staff are truly outstanding—genuine, patient, and incredibly kind. Despite not speaking a word of Turkish, I was met with nothing but warmth and understanding at every turn. The level of service goes far beyond what I expected. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. I had a bit of trouble with the A/C (entirely my fault), and the staff member who assisted me was not only helpful but also remarkably gracious—no judgment, just a friendly willingness to help. Breakfast was a delight. The menu was impressively varied, offering something for every taste. One particularly kind gentleman even took a moment to teach me how to say “thank you” in Turkish—a small gesture that meant a lot. I’ll absolutely be returning. This place isn’t just about comfort—it’s about connection, care, and truly unforgettable hospitality.

We recently stayed at Yigitalp Hotel and my experience was absolutely amazing. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many of Istanbul's attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast at the hotel was definitely a highlight for me. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. In addition to all of this, the staff were always willing to call taxis for us, which was a great convenience for exploring the city. So in the first day they treated me like a king then in the second and third and the rest of the week they started treating me like an animal for example they kicked me and my friends out of the elevator just to get other people in and they started telling me shhhhht shhhhht like i was a dog. They also started pulling me to get out. Do not try it in my opinion.
