Yilan Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Staff were friendly and helpful. There is not enough of them. Not a staff problem. Rooms are incredibly designed so that they do not need to paint or renovate but it still looks stylish and "on brand" as a modern container zombie apocalypse hotel. Breakfast was above average and on brand as doing the most with the least possible cost. I'm a fan of this hotel from both a guest perspective and as a creative business concept.

Pros- 1) massage downstairs and they give an additional small discount. Leg massage pretty good. 2) midnight snack is sweet gesture - recommend the tea egg and baked potato 3) the shampoo and body wash smelled nice 4) room was clean and quiet (didn’t hear any neighbors when I was inside) 5) good AC 6) nice healthy breakfast 7) fast check in process. Can use cellphone to get into ur room. No need for room card. Cons- 1) no parking, need walk 5 mins away and find ur own parking 2) for me, limited space in bathroom to put my clothing and toiletry 3) just one elevator so usually I end up taking the stairs or you may need to wait a while 4) I was expecting the walls of the bedroom to be of nicer texture. My husband and I just slightly disappointed in person, it looks nice, but isn’t as nice as we hoped 5) just one pillow per bed and it was quite flat~ I like more puffy ones~ Would I come back again- Maybe if very good discount or else I’ll prob try another hotel
