Yildiz Life Hotel

We stayed in this magnificent hotel for three days. We came with a group of 27 people, with a wonderful discount for the group in the best rooms with sea view. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. especially those working at the night reception. The hotel's breakfast was very good. The breakfast room had a magnificent terrace overlooking the Black Sea. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can go for breakfast. The rooms have everything, especially a large refrigerator, clean and soft beds... There is a market, restaurant, jogging path and swimming beach close to the hotel. We liked our hotel very much, we are thinking of coming again when the weather gets warmer.

Hotel staff are extremely unfriendly, the breakfast does not have many options. It was also stated that a fridge is included but it doesn’t work in any rooms. The hotel restaurant staff were yelling and being disrespectful. We also originally booked the sea view suite but got downgraded to the other smaller suite with no view. We also ordered towels and blankets due to our big group, but they kept saying they don’t have any extras.

There were blood stains on the bedsheets, and the shower was filthy and moldy. We called the front desk and were taken to a different room. We had paid for a sea view, but the new room was not a sea view. We told the assistant that we paid extra for the sea view and he told us that there is no other room and the price is the same. I booked the hotel on Expedia and definitely paid extra for the sea view. We also told him it was not fair that we got moved to a cheaper room with no discount, and he disregarded our comment and said call us if there is anything else you need.. We were not given any discount or anything for our trouble. Very dissapointed, do not stay here.
