Yilsam Sultanahmet Hotel

Fantastic service and ambience! Kuntai, Alper, and the rest of the service team are detail-oriented and provide outstanding service. Breakfast is included, and it's so good! Hands down to the kitchen. Plus, the view from the rooftop to the ocean is breathtaking. This hotel is lovely and well-located in Istanbul, within walking distance of all main tourist attractions (the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, etc). You will not regret staying here.

Just returned from Istanbul and had a wonderful 6-night stay at this hotel. It's located in a very convenient part of the old city, within walking distance to all the major attractions—Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace are just steps away. The service at the hotel was professional throughout. Even before my arrival, I was already in touch with Kuntay, who patiently explained many things I had questions about. After I arrived, the front desk staff, Mehmet and Yasin, were also incredibly helpful and resolved many of my concerns with great enthusiasm. I stayed in a sea-facing room. While the room was smaller than I expected, it was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. Sitting on the sofa and gazing at the sea was a truly relaxing experience. The hotel restaurant is on the rooftop and offers a panoramic view of the sea. A complimentary breakfast is served every morning, with a good variety of options and some daily changes. Esra, the waitress, always greeted guests with a smile, making it a cheerful start to the day. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to others.

We stayed here for our trip to Istanbul and the staff were absolutely AMAZING. From the moment we walked in so welcoming and attentive. Definitely would recommend! 10/10
