Great hotel with every facilities in functioning order. The lifts, water pressure, toilets, bedding, kettles are all good. Breakfast was fantastic as the food suits our taste. The lobby toilet was in perfect condition and absolutely clean.

In general, the hotel is not bad, if only there was service. But it's not worth the money per night! The only plus is the room, cleanliness, new quality furniture, view from the window (we had the Amur). That's all. We stayed for 2 nights, which was enough to walk around Heihe. Below are just the cons: first and most importantly - the Chinese smoke EVERYWHERE, well, just EVERYWHERE: in the corridor, in their room, near your door, in the elevator. This smog is everywhere. My husband and I are non-smokers. Second: Complete language barrier! They can only understand you in Chinese. They don't speak either English or Russian at this hotel. They don't even understand sign language! We asked them for half an hour to remove the trash in a bin from our room. And when they returned, no one took him out. We had to throw it out ourselves. Communication can only take place through translators, and only if you have a roaming mobile Internet connection, because it is not possible to connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi! Third minus: Very noisy! From five in the morning they are already walking and making noise under the doors, they can scream and laugh loudly, they most likely don’t care! No soundproofing! Fourth minus: Breakfast is included in the price, but what kind... Firstly: there is nothing to choose from. One spicy meat with stinky seasonings. Vegetables stir-fried in a spicy sauce, floating in a sea of oil. I was lucky that there was fried eggs. We had breakfast with it. Fifth minus: The presence of a swimming pool is more of a plus than a minus, but by the time you get to it, you won’t want to swim. It is located in another part of the building, about 300 meters away. Have you any idea how long to walk? Further, no one told us that having a pool cap is mandatory and that you can buy it at the pool for cash. We had to stomp back to the room with money. The mood for swimming dropped sharply, but we really wanted to go there. Okay, I bought the hat. Next, a surprise awaited us in the form of a sports, divided into paths, deep, cold pool with clearly yellow water, in which loud and active Chinese swam. We sat in our hats on a sun lounger, looked at the whole picture and decided to go back to our room. These are the most painful memories of this hotel. I won’t go into details. By the way, she was recommended to us by a travel agency as one of the best!
