Yiyuan Xuanyu Hotel

We did not stay at the hotel but we were invited to the Hotel 's Chinese Restaurant by a good friend who stayed at the hotel. The Yiyuan Restaurant. The food was fantastic and so was the service. I did not take pics out of respect for the host. We had prawns with garlic, sea cucumber, abalone, mushroom with pork meat, veggie, scallops in shell and together with 2 local beers and tea, all came only the equivalent of S$ 107. (I managed to see the bill. Amazing) We were so impressed that we returned the day after for dim sum. This time we managed to take photos. The food and service was again superb. 1st January 2025 our 3rd visit to this restaurant. We had lunch : Sharksfin soup Duck tongue Black chicken feet Noodles with seafood (wet) Salad of bean sprouts, leek, bell pepper, nuts, duck breast all cut Julien style. The chef has surely a crunchy style of cooking which is unique and tasty. So we're the 3 dishes we had throughout the 3 visits : sea cucumber, chicken feet, duck tongue. The bill this time came the equivalent of S$ 76.00. I really recommend this place. Good service excellent food quality, good value for the money.
