The experience at YO1 was truly special. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. You can really feel that they care about your comfort and well-being. The food was one of the highlights of my stay. Each meal was fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. You could tell that a lot of thought goes into preparing food that is not just tasty, but also good for your body and mind. Overall, YO1 is a peaceful place where you can relax, recharge, and be taken care of. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and luxury wellness getaway.
My stay at here was nothing short of magical. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and calm. The lake-facing views were stunning, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and every meal was a treat fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for throughout my stay. A perfect blend of luxury and wellness
This place looked so promising, I should have known by the second message to have them call me back, then having to call the front desk to reserve a day pass. The place has a nice vibe but it needs better overall management. The place looks so rundown and dingy. Half the place isn't even open, the dead bugs and cobwebs everywhere were a huge turn off. There was rust on the metal fixtures near wet areas, unused areas were dusty and filled with cobwebs. The bathrooms in the ladies locker room weren't working when I was there. The robes and towels were stained and the sizes weren't inclusive for the disposable garments used when paying for special treatments. The dining room was dirty and the rugs were stained and out on the deck the heaters were standing with the face plates taken off and they were cleaning bird poo off the balcony during breakfast service. ( Which was delayed because the person who was serving didn't come back out to take our order until we came and sat inside the dining hall.) I'm glad we didn't stay in the rooms, it was my birthday and I would have been bummed having to stay there. The employees who did the special services were lovely and so was the lady at the coffee bar. I am amazed they charged us $550+ each for our day pass, I have had better service for $150 at other bath/spas iv been to. This place has so much potential, it so sad to see it like this. . . It really looked like it was going to be fun. . . .
