Food and ambience is excellent. Basement meeting rooms are also ideal for conducting discussions with fantastic personal space. Bathrooms must hage more convenient access.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Smooth check-in check-out. Professional behaviour. Good breakfast options. Worth the money. Rooms were clean as shown in the pictures. Washroom was clean. Few minor negatives are just one lift and small breakfast area.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. From the moment we arrived, we were met with judgmental looks. The lady managing the place told us twice to change our seats after we had already settled at a 4-seater table—claiming it was reserved for a group of five. If that was the case, why were we directed there in the first place? We were eventually moved to the last table in the corner, where the fan barely reached us. It was uncomfortably hot, and when we mentioned how inconvenient it was, she dismissively said that was all they had, or we could move again—completely rude and unprofessional. We were there to celebrate, but the whole mood was ruined. The food was average at best, nothing memorable. To make it worse, the music in the corner we were moved to was so loud we could barely hear each other. Meanwhile, other customers were being seated in the nicer poolside area. Overall, I absolutely hated the experience.
