Yogi Midtown

We had earlier stayed in Yogi Midtown Hotel at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. It is conveniently located on Sion-Panvel Expressway. The rooms are quite comfortable & clean with excellent room service. Recently, we had dinner in their restaurant. The food was excellent with large portions. Table service was quick & good. Overall a great dinner outing. Thank you, to the entire management & staff of the hotel for the great experiences.

The hotel’s front desk Mr Ivan service was quite disappointing. The staff was not welcoming or helpful, and their attitude felt indifferent throughout my stay. Basic requests took too long to handle, and there was a clear lack of professionalism in how they communicated. This kind of service at the front desk really affects the overall impression of the hotel. I hope the management invests in better training and customer service skills for their team. The stay could have been much better with a more courteous and efficient reception experience worst experience

I stayed at Hotel Yogi Midtown, Turbhe on 22 July 2025, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There were cockroaches in bed which made the stay unhygienic and uncomfortable. When I informed the front desk staff Mr Ivan Xavier about the issue, instead of helping or apologizing, they responded very rudely and said: “Don’t tell me, go write a review.” This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of professionalism and care for guests. I do not recommend this hotel until they improve their cleanliness, do proper pest control, and train their staff to respect guests
