Great location, especially if you're using Santos Dumont airport. Very clean and modern bedroom and bathroom. Large storage wardrobe and safe. Good selection in the mini bar. Warm welcome on arrival. Staff are very helpful if you need anything, especially printing things off for tours/visits to places. Very good breakfast selection. Amazing views from the rooftop bar. What's better than having a drink overlooking sugarloaf mountain and Christ the Redeemer statue

A very nice hotel in a fantastic location. The views from the rooftop terrace are stunning, but the staff are amazing and generally want you to have the best experience in Brazil. I highly recommend you stay at this hotel.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. The worst service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve travelled quite a bit. Every request is a “no”. The room hasn’t been serviced in 2 days and it was a real challenge getting anything replaced like coffee capsules, water, etc. The smell in the corridors is just horrendous. Staff barely speaks any English and have little to no desire to try and understand or accommodate your request. The only good thing about this hotel is room itself and the view. Highly disappointing. Avoid at all cost.
