Great location with neat and tidy accommodation. Can’t really go wrong. Had a self contained studio apartment. Hardwood floors which was too cold, and the bed is on wheels - doesn’t bode well with hard floors. Other than that the bed was very comfy. Limited services in the room such as a small basic tv. What I found curious and worth mentioning if you want to book an apartment - the house rules stated NO COOKING - aka oven stove top not allowed to be used. Very peculiar considering it’s advertised as having a full kitchen. Staff are friendly as always and the breakfast is plentiful.

So overpriced for what this place is. It’s like a basic country motel. When you charge $300 a night, the guest expects you to drop their luggage in their room. The walls of the room are not sound proofed and you can hear the slightest noise from the outside. The shower is so tiny. The TV is not a smart TV. The bed was so uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep well for both the nights I was there. It’s like the cheapest bed and mattress you can get and feels like sleeping on springs. The bed kept moving everytime you move. I put the stopper under the wheels of the bed but that’s not your guests job to do. Despite that, the bed kept moving. Just cheap! Do not recommend staying here.

Perfectly average stay overshadowed by a single negative experience. The room was fine, larger than expected and clean. Location, while the hotel is in proximity to some truly stunning vistas, we were disappointed by how challenging it was to walk anywhere. Bring a car or be prepared to taxi/Uber around. Our negative experience is related to the reception desk. Unfortunately on day two of our stay the cards stopped working for our room. We didn’t have a car, or a phone that would work in Australia, so we were stranded out in the cold. The reception desk had closed for the night, and there was no public phone, or intercom, or way to get ahold of anyone to help. Eventually another guest of the hotel drove in and we were able to use their phone to contact the after hour support, and after a few missteps we got into the room. If you’re Australian and have a car/working phone, this place is fine as a base camp for your blue mountain adventure. If you’re from out of the country and taking the train in like we did, there are probably better and more reliable options available to you.
