I love the place a lot. Very clean!?!! Most of the time the staff was attentive. There are a a bunch of extra little fees especially if you're visiting during the summer. They charge you an extra $2.75 per day for turning the air conditioner colder and some other small fees so just be prepared to pay for that. An extra $40 a day for amenities that they have and you cannot opt out of it
Great hotel... top class... the customer service was top class, from front desk to cleaning staff, everyone was professional, accommodating and friendly with the goal in mind to ensure you have an amazing stay. I forgot my dresses in the closet in my room after my daughter's wedding, and before I even realized they were missing their housekeeping department had already sent an email out asking if the should mail it or was I coming to pick it up. The ambiance in the reception lobby was warm and welcoming. The doorman was eager to get the door opened for us no matter how many times we were going in and out. Then they had a cart for our luggage, as we had a lot of stuff for my daughter's wedding. Just totally vip treatment that made our stay truly wonderful. Thanks to all the staff, especially the doorman, the reception and the cleaning staff especially the ones who cleaned rooms 731, 625 and 717. Great hotel. I totally recommend it, and would definitely stay there again.
We booked for a wedding and location was great! Rooms nice size & bedding was very comfortable. Rooms were also clean.. My negatives would be only 6 seats in the lobby and not welcoming. The bathroom counters were very small and valet takes an exceptionally long time. Hotel pricey for what your getting ? Over 1k for 2 nights with valet. Also garage gate got stuck (valet) and delayed us about 45 min at checkout and honestly the desk gentleman was trying his best but all staff he reached out to for HELP weren't taking any sense of urgency ; so we almost missed our flight? Again convenient location but lobby needs refresher and definitely more seating .For the price it has nothing special to offer.
