Yotel London City

I absolutely loved my room. It was essential but it got completely dark which is what I need for a restful sleep. I got a room with a queen size bed. The mattress was just enough firm not to collapse but soft enough to be comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Overall top marks for sleep quality! I also enjoyed the shower, it had good pressure. The breakfast was essential but good, didn’t disappoint. There is a buffet with cold and warm food. The gym is small but functional.

I had a good stay at YOTEL. The room was modern and clean, but very compact – it was tricky to even open two small suitcases at the same time. The night staff were friendly and helpful, and the day staff were also polite and efficient. That said, I did get the impression they preferred guests to use the self-service iPads rather than offering personal assistance, even when there were several staff members behind the desk. Overall, a convenient and comfortable option if you don’t mind the small space and a more self-service approach. Shower leaked

Rooms too small - booked a Queen room and you can't walk around the bed, room size is single occupancy in most hotels. When it is moved to si upright like a hospital bed you can just squeeze along the end but when it's flat overnight if you need a wee you have to clamber over your spouse. Only charge points on one side of the bed, mo tea/coffee facilities in room and view was a brick wall. Shower is nice and bed is comfy but overall can't imagine I'll book again.
