The place is extremely nice and staff is 10/10. Location is perfect for both families and young people. The pool area was the best part. Comfy and under roof. The pool isn’t as big as it looks in the pictures but it’s still really nice. The rooms are modern. There were only 2 things we didn’t like. The bed was thin and a little uncomfortable and the room didn’t have a microwave which for a family with kids is a most. Other then that i would Stay here again

Amazing stay at YOTEL! Great modern hotel right in the heart of the city — location is definitely a 5/5. Everything you need is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, and main attractions. The pool area was a real highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfect after a day out. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. The whole vibe at YOTEL is stylish and tech-savvy, with smart room layouts and super friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the city!

My wife and I stayed at YOTEL Miami on May 17, 2025. The hotel was clean and matched our expectations—modern and mostly self-serve, with minimal staff interaction. That’s fine, except when you need in-room assistance, which we did at one point. No one ever answered the guest services call we placed. The room was clean and well-appointed, though a bit small. The rooftop pool and bar were highlights—stylish and enjoyable, even if the surrounding buildings limited the view a bit at night. Our biggest issue was the bed. It’s adjustable for sitting up to watch TV, but the trade-off is a thin futon-style mattress that was quite uncomfortable. We spoke with other guests who shared the same concern. The experience and value were acceptable for a one-night stay. But for a longer stay, we’d likely choose a different hotel.
