YOTEL Singapore Orchard Road

Booked a four night stay through a Qantas deal and was not disappointed… A quirky, modern building - it worked well. Plenty of lifts, and check-in went without a hitch… Fortunately we were on the 25th floor and had awesome views (sunrise) across the city. Rooms were cleaned daily and presented nicely for our daily return. We had included the breakfast option and that is worth it. Whilst there are possibly better breakfast buffets out there (the cereal selection was disappointing and there was no barista coffee available), the chef making eggs to order was great and efficient - and the choices of western and Asian was good. Add in a great seating outlook to the pool and good ambience…. Overall - highly recommended and good value.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel on Orchard Road. From the reception to housekeeping, the staff were exceptionally warm, helpful, and polite. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and I was particularly impressed with the coffee machine, which allowed me to pick my own coffee with a touch of a button—so convenient and personalized! The breakfast staff were highly efficient, few in number but remarkably quick, and consistently courteous. I was truly impressed and deeply appreciative! A special mention goes to Yoshi and Yolanda, the Robot Crew, who added a unique touch to the experience. The rooms are small but charming, with sparkling clean bedsheets, a compact, practical setup, and a lovely view that enhanced the stay. Perhaps the wash basin could be placed behind a partition for added privacy. Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to visiting Singapore again!

What a terrible place. I don't understand how this can get a 4+ score at such a price for a small room with 0 service. - checking is terrible, automated with plenty of bugs, we booked online and had to redo everything - the room is tiny, and the shower + toilet don't have any privacy with the room and not clean - Queen bed is smaller than a standard queen bed - A few elevators are packed with people and queuing to go up. The list could go on and on; there are many better hotels around the same area for a fraction of the price, with much better service
