Youmami Lifestyle Suite Hotel

It is not fair if I give less than five star, although I believe there are some shortages and faults in hotel facilities and service. Briefly bring positives and negatives here: + warm welcoming reception staffs + comfortable and spacious rooms + clean rooms and good air conditioning and ventilation system in the rooms + quality of breakfast is good + distance to the sea is just about 3 minutes - terrace bar in 5th floor is nice but the issue is that the only access way is 5th floor corridor and usually people talk loud in the midnight on their way there - pool side area is nice but the stone used for it is very slippery and it is risky to even walk - swimming pool water has not good quality - housekeeping service is every 2 days

Our stay at Youmami was very relaxing, we went with our kids their play area is very nice they take good care of the children and make them do interactive activities. The apartments are fit for a family n are very spacious. Everything is close to the hotel and at walking distance. All the services provided are very good My stay was very relaxing and we were well looked after Will definitely go back and stay

Like this modern hotel very much but there are a couple of issues that prevent me from giving 5 star reviews . 1. The very nice Samsung Series 7 Smart TVs in each suite are rendered dumb as they can't connect to the Hotel Wifi Portal . A lazy IT department could not be bothered to configure correctly to a dedicated secure WiFi. This means my Netflix and Prime Video accounts can't be used .☺️ 2. The hotel Bar / Restaurant will not Bill Items to my Room Card . Another ridiculous inconvenience ☺️
