Your Hotel and Spa Alcobaca

Great location between Alcobaça and Nazaré, beautiful surroundings, the hotel could use some renovations as some details needed a touch up, both in the hotel and spa, besides that everything was great. We informed that was our anniversary and they did a special decor of.the room for us. Very nice touch.

This is just a rating of the spa! Fabulous service. Very attentive and top notch products and methods. The water therapy circuit is small but ample, with a sauna and a Turkish bath. Left feeling like a million bucks!

Management really needs to make an effort to improve its service standards; the lack of effort, organisation and communication between reception and housekeeping teams made us arrive late to a wedding!, which was the main reason for our weekend at the hotel. Rooms are beautiful to the eye but designed in a non-practical way ; bath tub in the suite is difficult of access and could be dangerous for the elderly. Surroundings are beautiful, pool area is amazing yet not service on the month of July! Definitely needs more staffing. Great breakfast. But yet again, one person doing it all.
