Your Private Retreat by the beach with Heated Pool by ThinkVilla

There were 4 of us, a father and three adult children, for 3 days and we enjoyed it very much. The villa was equipped with everything needed for cooking and personal hygiene. Everything was close and convenient. The wifi worked properly and the pool was clean and inviting but we didn't have time to visit it. The host was available and friendly. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

We had a wonderful stay at Pietra di Mare. The property is clean with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is peaceful and the views are stunning. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The only minor downside was some noise from the street when the windows were open, but once closed, it was completely quiet inside—so it didn’t affect our comfort at all. Overall, a great place to stay. We’d happily return!

Amazing place to stay. Sat on the patio every morning and had coffee with the best view. Sat out there every evening when we returned. The views are gorgeous. The night we arrived we walked down to the taverna at the bottom of the hill, very short walk with a nice beach and good food. We arrived around 8:00 pm and were able to have dinner. The beach is small, but nice and convenient. There is a convenience store a very short walk down the road where you can grab sandwiches and drinks. The location is perfect. Very quiet and peaceful. Quick drive to Rethymno, 45 minutes to Chania, and about an hour to Heraklion. The apartment was very clean and the owners were extremely friendly. Giorgio (if I’m spelling it correctly) stopped by in the morning when we were outside and offered us cookies and bread. Highly recommend staying here if you have a car and want to visit different cities. The driveway is uphill but the parking area is level.
