It’s a good value for money. You can get a room with a private bathroom in the heart of Rome. The furniture is a bit old, but everything was clean. Air conditioning worked well.

You got your money's worth.The host was super helpful and attentive: organised a milk-free breakfast for my daughter and stowed our luggage for us the last day. He gave ingredible recommendations for food and was always ready to answer any questions by text or phone! We will definately return.

Location is amazing. The host was very distant with us, and in contrast to other reviews he failed to accommodate us with any help needed. Couldn’t reach him for hours on the day of check out when instructions were unclear and blame was put on us initially for broken air conditioning (which we had been struggling with for days before mentioning it as we decided to be patient). There were numerous power outages which we had to deal with by ourselves as there was no one near the site to help. With a number of things gone wrong, our booking was cancelled on booking.com on the day we checked out because of ‘payment failures’ the week before our stay (even though we had agreed to pay on day of arrival) and as a result of this we could not leave a review for our stay. This was obviously a strategic move to avoid any bad reviews on the site for his property. It’s a shame because we arrived hoping to love our experience after reading such great things about Vite Suites.
