Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a so-called “hotel.” We ordered food at 1 PM and only got it at 3 PM after waiting with hungry kids for two whole hours. Then, to add insult to injury, the manager Kasun came and told us we had to leave by 4 PM because they had a “function.” So basically, they let us sit there wasting our time, starving with children, just so they could kick us out an hour after the food finally arrived. Kasun, the manager, is a complete fool with zero sense of hospitality or customer service. His excuse was pathetic. If you know you have a function, don’t take guests in the first place. Instead, they happily took our order, our money, and treated us like garbage. This place is a disgrace. The service is a joke, the management is incompetent, and the way they handle customers is nothing short of insulting. Don’t waste your time or money here — there are far better places where you’ll actually be respected and served properly.
Absolutely terrible experience at Yuki Grand Hotel. We ordered our food at 1 PM and only received it at 3 PM — a shocking 2-hour wait while we had kids with us. To make matters worse, just as the food finally arrived, the staff and manager insisted we leave by 4 PM because they had a function in the evening. The manager, Kasun, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. If they knew they had a function, they shouldn’t have accepted guests in the first place. Instead, they ruined our afternoon and treated us with no respect. If you value your time, money, and basic courtesy — don’t go here. Plenty of better places to dine where you’ll be treated properly.
Absolutely horrible experience at Yuki Grand Hotel. We ordered food at 1 PM and only received it at 3 PM – after waiting endlessly with kids. To make it worse, the manager Kasun was extremely unprofessional and rude. They had an event in the evening and shockingly asked us to leave by 4 PM, just one hour after bringing our food! Such poor service and zero consideration for guests, especially families with children. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
