The hotel is clean and nice also the service is so good the staff are very friendly and kind but the location is a little bit scary specially at night
The room looks good, but none of the stuff works. The AC doesn't stay on and automatically turns off every 3hrs, the water doesn't drain properly in the showers, and they were missing the comforter on a bed and when asked they said they didn't have any. Also the food in the breakfast was all stale. Worst hotel experience ever
The initial room assignment presented several shortcomings, including the absence of blankets on the first night. Upon contacting reception, we were informed that blankets were not provided. However, subsequent communication with housekeeping revealed that this was due to an oversight. Furthermore, the breakfast service exhibited several deficiencies. The selection was limited, and the dining area lacked cleanliness, with houseflies present. Additionally, the food items were not adequately labeled.
