I travel a lot... must say it was a delightful surprise to stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, extremely clean, bathroom is also clean and have all amenities. But the shower is something else. On 19th floor at least, the water pressure is absolutely fantastic. It's like being on a waterfall. Bath towels are big, bed is comfortable. There is a restaurant on the 3rd floor which is also very good. Definitely a great option for trabelers, at a very reasonable price. And the breakfast is very good and staff always trying to please.
One of the managers, Loic was extremely helpful in helping us change to another room when the air conditioning in our original room was not working well. Our stay here overall was extremely pleasant. Every staff member has been very friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast and room service. Location is good. Highly recommend this hotel
This hotel is quite nice, centrally located and has a good breakfast buffet as well as hotel restaurant. The area is very safe and it's an easy walk to many other restaurants and activities. I will stay here again on my next trip to Shijiazhuang.
