Customer service is very good, receptionists and entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to communicate with the staff using very little Chinese-English to get my point across and the staff members went above and beyond to provide a very comfortable environment. We were late for breakfast but were able to eat at the last minute and staff kindly reminded all visitors about cut off time in order to give them a chance to refill their beverage and try any new dish - a lot of hotel restaurants do not provide such service. This is one of the better hotels near PVG (pudong airport) - if I need to stay somewhere near the Shanghai airport (20-30 minutes away), I will book this location again.
