Yunoyado Onsen Hot Spring Hotel Deyang

The room here is really big and spacious, overall is pretty clean. Love the huge tub, where I can soak in the hot spring water. Service here is basic, but good enough for check in and clean up. Location wise is good, not too far from the train station and located next to some shops that sell pretty good food.

While there was a little hickup with our room initially, the staff was very accommodating and offered us a different room. Our room was spacious, spotless clean, and very comfortable! Needless to say, the staff is very forthcoming and friendly. Afternoon tea and breakfast are nice. The only issue is with some rooms that have high humidity and, therefore, some mould. They do seem to be working on fixing this, though.

Initially, I really enjoy the hotel as the tatami room I choose is really cozy and spacious. And the free afternoon tea they offer is also pretty good. What really gross and terrible thing happened when I fell asleep that there was a centipede climbing on my bed and I could even feel it on my skin!! I complained to the counter for changing me a new room, but the first choice the server did is to swap a smaller room than my original one. After my requests, I got the same size room to that one. Hygiene is the basic requirement for service industry I figure and I really hope your company to strengthen this aspect !
